Diffusion Model
A diffusion model is an AI technique that generates entirely new, realistic images, audio, or video by gradually adding noise to data and then learning how to reverse that process.
How it works
It works by mimicking a "diffusion" process in which a clear image gradually becomes blurry, then training a neural network to run that process in reverse, reconstructing sharp images from random noise. This approach is the core technology behind today's image-generation AI (such as DALL-E and Stable Diffusion), because it produces richly detailed, high-quality content.
Examples
- 1.AI art tools generating realistic images or artwork from text descriptions
- 2.Restoring blurry old photos into sharp, high-definition versions
- 3.Generating virtual scenes and characters for game or film production
