Google Workspace Intelligence is an underlying AI system that provides Gemini with a real-time, contextual understanding of your work across Google Workspace apps such as Gmail, Chat, Calendar, and Drive. It automates the bridging of information across apps, projects, collaborators, and organizational knowledge, enabling more autonomous and efficient agentic work. Administrators can control which data sources are used via new settings in the Admin console.
